The owners of Flores may not have been going for this, but in his review for The Portland Phoenix, Brian Duff describes the new Salvadoran restaurant, as having perfectly captured "the look of a good hole-in-the-wall." He likes the food, too, calling the pupusas, with and without crispy pork, "pretty amazing," and the "hand-slapped" corn tortillas "pretty terrific." [PP]
